James (Jim) R. Kish has joined DISASTER INTELLIGENCE, INC. as Senior Advisory Board Member.

DISASTER INTELLIGENCE, INC. is a Public Benefit Corporation founded in 2018, and is the first company to envision the use of cognitive technologies together with real time geospatial analytics, applied purely to the challenge of Emergency Management, and large scale disaster response & recovery.

The platform’s cross-filter paradigm meets the need for modern self-service data discovery, critical for providing context when working with today’s massive data sets.  The platform redefines operational analytics by giving users the power to query and visually explore highly diverse, multi-billion row, high-velocity datasets at the speed of thought.

DISASTER INTELLIGENCE is actively engaged with multiple US National Laboratories and research institutions, developing improved technologies for risk assessment and emergency management.

DISASTER INTELLIGENCE is a member of the National Information Sharing Cooperative (NISC), and is working closely with the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) on the Outage Data Initiative (ODI).
